Private Tours
It's a once-in-a-lifetime trip, a luxury holiday, your honeymoon or maybe you're group of 4 or more. Private Itineraries have lots of benefits including:
- ensure you do all the things you want to do at your pace
- have a dedicated, professional and knowledgeable guide from from the moment you land
- you choose the level of adventure and the types of activities
- decide what kind of accomodation you want
- fit everything exactly around your dates and flight times
For groups of 8 or more it can actually work out cheaper then the standard itineraries.
Private and Tailor Made Tours: how does Swoop Patagonia work
1. Exploring ideas and options
Normally Luke will come and meet you so that we can look over the maps and talk through some ideas and options. We'll also get a feel for the kind of thing you're looking for and what's important to you. We normally allow 1 to 2 hours for these sessions. If you're based outside of the UK we can normally do this over Skype.
2. Draft itinerary and brief
Following the initai meeting we'll prepare a couple of itinerary options for your trip and send it over for your feedback. Once that's finalised we can then put a brief out to our network of partners across Chile and and Argentina.
3. Selecting best operators and guides
We normally ask 2 or 3 operators from each region to pitch for your business. We'll manage the process from start to finish helping you to tailor the very best trip for your needs and negotiate a fair price for your guides, accommodation, transport, equipment and activities. We can also advise on flights, insurance and other destinations across Latin America that you might want to include at the start or end of your Patagonia trip.
4. Pre-trip planning
Once you've decided on the right itinerary and operator and got all your flights booked we can help you with kit lists, gear and any other preparation you might want to do.
5. Your trip to Patagonia
From the moment you land you'll be in the very capable hands of one of our trusted partners in the region. But we're here to help should you need us, have lots of recommendations for bars and restaurants, and always enjoy receiving photos, videos and reviews from our clients.
